The Print Center’s charming carriage house is located near Rittenhouse Square on intimate Latimer Street (between Spruce and Locust and 16th and 17th). The open gallery space creates the perfect atmosphere for small to medium-sized weddings, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, lectures, concerts or receptions. Guests will enjoy the exhibitions of prints and photographs and the lovely garden. Parking is conveniently located at two garages just a few steps away on the 1500 block of Latimer Street.

The entire building is available for a minimum of four hours (additional hours are $100 per hour). A $200 refundable deposit and signed contract are required to book a date.

• 60 chairs (40 white plastic folding/20 blue upholstered)
• 1 Modern white serving table (29” x 54”)
• 1 Modern white bar on wheels (18” x 60”)
• 2 Folding white tables (30” x 72”)
• 2 Folding black tables (20” x 48”)
• 100 Champagne flutes
• 100 Wine glasses

RENTER/CATERER OBLIGATIONS

Prior to event:
• Renter must contact and contract with caterer
• Arrange for additional chairs and tables (if needed)
• Arrange for linens, flowers, decorations, etc.

Day of event:
• Set-up
• Provide food, beverages, utensils, napkins, garbage bags, etc.

After event:
• Removal of all food and beverages
• Removal of all furniture and decorations
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floor
• Removal of all event-related garbage and recyclables
• Galleries must be returned to original condition

RENTAL CONDITIONS
• Availability is dependent on exhibition schedule
• Deposit required to book event
• List of approved caterers will be provided
• Full payment required prior to event
• No smoking or dancing in building
• Building is not handicapped accessible
• Enclosures required for naked flames
• Proof of liability insurance with The Print Center named as additional insured
